The Team: The Fuse Tech team is an innovative and high-energy team that is working on Amazon Fuse, a wholesale subscription service that enables 3rd party enterprises with billing and distribution capabilities. Fuse has created a one stop integration point for service teams (e.g. Prime, Music, Video, more) to be able to offer their subscription services through the top global partners who collectively offer subscriber billing services to more than 4B consumers. While we use existing Amazon systems when possible, you'll be working on challenging problems that need innovative solutions.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with partner teams (Prime, Music, Prime Video, Subscriptions, etc.), owning major deliverables across all aspects of product management.
The ideal candidate is excited about technology and passionate about learning and should view every customer interaction as an opportunity to create an exceptional customer experience. Everyone on the team needs to be entrepreneurial, excited to work in a "green field". The right candidate will wear many hats and work in a highly collaborative environment that is more startup than big company. You will work on cutting edge technology not legacy.

• 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

She or he is a strong leader who is analytical and data-driven, can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, and who understands how to drive a high level of focus and excellence. The role requires innovative thinking balanced with a strong customer and quality focus.
5+ years product management experience defining, building and improving software products cross-functionally
Strong quantitative data analysis and critical thinking skills
Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision as well as the drive and attention to detail that transforms the vision into a reality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives
Computer science, math, and/or statistics background; Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
Experience in delivering innovative technology products/services in a high growth environment.
Strong Product management skills: proven track record of executing complicated products by collaborating with cross-functional teams
Business judgment and willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what's necessary
