Description:
As a Technical Program Manager on a new initiative team, you will be responsible for leading and tracking complex innovation, creating integrated plans to deliver on technical requirements, and driving the integration of efforts across multiple subsystem teams. This is a highly technical role requiring experience with integrated hardware and software , and you will have significant influence over the processes and approach we take to develop, manufacture and launch a new category of products.

You must be competent in project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle and have demonstrated proficiency in core project management competencies including managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risk management, reporting, and metric /tracking.

In this role you will:
• Work with engineering to translate top level program and business requirements into subsystem plans.
• Act as the point of contact for your responsible subsystem(s) to the program team.
• Create integrated program and technical plans which address technology , quality, program risks, and resource availability.
• Drive program execution, conduct team meetings, support trade off analysis, communicate status, and identify/resolve blocking issues.
• Escalate risks and issues in a timely manner and drive them to closure with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate across multiple subsystems to ensure synchronized efforts.
• Provide leadership in managing suppliers and vendors including writing SOWs and contracts, tracking deliverables, ensuring quality, and driving readiness for manufacturing.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring efforts, and growing the team.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience with Atlassian tools Confluence/ Jira.
• Experience managing multiple overseas suppliers
• Experience driving multiple products or subsystems of products through a complete lifecycle.
• Experience with hardware lifecycle, from prototype to manufacturing.
• Experience managing and/or electrical designs.
• Experience with V1 programs and putting new PM processes in place.
• Track record of successfully delivering complete (hardware, firmware, software, algorithms) on time, to scope, with high quality.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with ability to work successfully across all engineering disciplines
• Proven ability to and influence others.
• Independently driven, resourceful, and able to deliver results with minimal direction.
• Experience developing products which have a multitude of dependencies and constraints.

Preferred Qualifications:
