In pursuit of delighting customers, Amazonians have developed many products and services that have transformed the way our customers live their lives and run their businesses. Together we are building the future, one innovative product, service, and idea at a time.

Amazon Advertising is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for large brands, small businesses, partners (agencies and advertising software companies) and publishers. Our ad solutions-including sponsored ads, display, video, audio, and custom ads-leverage Amazon's innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage audiences throughout their daily journeys. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service, managed service, and programmatic ad buying, these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and more.

Within our growing Amazon Advertising Marketing & Training organization, we are seeking an accomplished marketer or program manager to join the Integrated Marketing team. This is a newly formed team that will own strategic, integrated go-to-market efforts for complex cross-functional programs within Amazon Advertising. Integrated marketing serves as the 'quarterback' and through-line across internal teams to deliver seamless release of key customer-facing programs. The right candidate will have depth and breadth in their understanding of business functions, from marketing and training, to product, sales operations, engineering, PR and legal. This is a 'get it done' role, which drives strategy and ensures flawless execution. This person should be collaborative, results oriented, relentlessly focused on the customer, and push to uphold high standards all elements of execution. This person should be passionate about owning difficult and complex go-to-market programs, and push for the right launch strategies based on inputs from all stakeholder teams. You will also report out on program health regularly to key stakeholders and partner teams across the organization. This position will be based in New York.

In this new role, you will work in tandem with multiple workstream owners to collaborate efforts and focus on delivering a cohesive rollout related to our advertising programs and Ad tech. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in marketing Ad tech products or services, and can speak fluently about the technical elements of ad serving, targeting, and data management. This candidate must be strategic, with an operational mindset, and understand how to execute cross-functional programs effectively. You will systematically gain input and alignment from cross-org teams, remove any roadblocks, drive strong internal communications, make critical decisions and relentlessly focus on the customer experience. As an owner, you will be responsible for defining integrated go-to-market plans, writing and compiling the documents for executive leadership presentations, and following programs through to public launch. Each project will be unique, so this role will have immense ambiguity - it will require high judgement, a curious person willing to learn new things, and someone who is comfortable speaking up to push for the right outcomes for customers.
