Amazon Web Services has enabled large enterprises and growing startups to move quickly by increasing developer productivity. Security, auditability and governance in the cloud has moved from being a top concern to top reason for adopting Cloud services. AWS Config and Config Rules have been leading this transition by providing insights into user activity, change tracking and automated security and compliance tools. The AWS Management & Governance tools team is seeking a seasoned product leader to help us evolve from being the enabler for the AWS platform to becoming its distinct value proposition, As a Senior Product Manager on AWS Config, you'll work with an outstanding development team building one of the largest configuration audit platforms in the world.
In this role, you will own the product vision, and execution for a service that is being adopted at breakneck pace. Your responsibilities include near-term tactics and long-term product vision, feature definition, pricing, sales enablement, and marketing. You will engage with all types of customers ranging from executives in Fortune100 companies to developers at early-stage startups. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where productivity trumps all else.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, engineering, math, or related work experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial, with a proven track record for taking ownership and delivering results in fast-moving and demanding environments.
• Sound business judgment, ability to influence others, and strong analytical skills.
• MBA preferred
• Possess deep industry understanding of IT management space, and be conversant with security, compliance and management at scale.
• Have a strong track record of shaping business strategy and leading product teams in meeting the demands of a rapidly growing business
• Has delivered results with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
